“My Car blew a tire on the road near their shop. While I was digging around trying to locate the spare someone from this shop spotted me and told me to limp it in to their shop. They changed my tire for no charge, and sent me on my way. They were knowledgeable about where I should go to find a matching tire, as mine was not repairable. I am so thankful. “A couple of my coworkers have been going to Albert's for years, and I needed a new place to take my vehicles. We were getting ready for an annual trip, and my pickup needed new ball joints/bearings and I didn't have the time to get it done on my own at home. These guys were able to get me right in and get my old pickup driving like new again. I also had a service engine light, and Chad went through the trouble codes with me, they even repaired and cleared out a couple for me while they were diagnosing the ABS and Service Engine light. It was an expensive day, but well worth it in saving me time at home doing the same repairs that would have taken me much loner on my own to do. These guys are definitely my go-to now, I will be back!!!!”

“I've switched over to Quality for many reasons. Ultimately they aren't the absolute cheapest you will find but they ARE the fairest and very available even being as busy as they are and they have loaners available as well as courtesy shuttles which I think is awesome. Most importantly if it's something simple that they know you can fix like your wheel well is just super dirty, they don't go replacing and repairing things that don't need it they will just tell you or wash it themselves. “There are all kinds of haters writing bad reviews about modern dealerships and how the "mom and pop" dealership model is dead. It seems to stem from some sort of nostalgia and the stories of service that some of these places undoubtedly provided. This is a modern company store. It is large, clean, well laid out, and yes has that corporate gloss. However the people are friendly and not pushy. They also don't look down their nose at anyone. There were obvious city people and farmers there. Both groups were getting help. My questions were answered in a genuine way. Helpfulness was obviously expected of the employees. Much of this has to do with the proximity to a city yet being out in the country no doubt. Prices were what you would expect. I think I did very well on the unit I purchased. No complaints here.”

“Best place in town for tire needs! Previously bought 2 new tires from them during which they helped me find tires within my budget and service was friendly and quick. Then yesterday, I had a nail in my tire and I went in to see if they could help me repair it. Because I'd bought the tire there previously the repair was only $10. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! The RELIEF I felt! I definitely trust them and will return again.”

“So I need my truck with 2 out of 4 catylitic converters bad. Love theKing expedition, driving it into ground, as it'll never sell. Needed trans hoses replaced badly... Logan is a rock star. Mike was awesome as well. I need king to just get to medical treatments daily. So! They are backed up. He didnt put me ahead of anyone. B4 Thanksgiving I dropped it.
