“I was in an accident last Wednesday where a car going at least 40mph rear ended me while I was stopped. I chose Scotty’s to have my car towed to.
I am SO incredibly glad I did. I first spoke with Chelsea last Friday to see about getting estimates done for insurance, and she said it could be towed then, or I could wait until Monday. Just to give a call when I was wanting it done.
I called first thing Monday morning and by 10:30 my car was at Scotty’s. Before close, Tucker gave me a call and went over what all they found. He gave me a warning that it would most likely be totaled out. But gave me advice on how to handle it and made sure I knew it was still my car and I called the shots.
Tuesday insurance declared my car a total loss, today I went to release my escape for insurance to get it tomorrow and grab everything else I needed out.
Tucker was AMAZING and answered any questions I had, even if they didn’t always make sense and explained everything so well.
My dad always swore by Scotty’s, unfortunately he isn’t here anymore but the experience I had this week confirms how great of a company it is. If I ever need anything like this done again (let’s hope not for my sanity) I will 100% choose Scotty’s again.

The work directly with the firm the was financially responsible for the repair and their quote matched the final price (not that it mattered to much to me since I wasn't paying lol). They even cleaned up my interior windows, wiped down the dash, vacuumed, etc. which was a pleasant surprise.”
“From being with Toyota for years. I was really scared to go into a new car dealership and being pressure into buying something and financially not being in a good place. I have really bad anxiety already and working with Clay helped relieve some of that just because he was so understanding. I really appreciate his time and efforts because I was already indecisive to what I wanted.

“This place is likely the best automotive service place I've ever been to. Kyle is absolutely amazing. I wish I would have found them sooner. I like the mainstream competitor....but this place is on a higher level. Safelite couldn't fix my window, so I found this place. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. “I had problems with my truck shifting. After multiple phones to Inlands service department which they were very willing to answer and try to help me as much as they could. After many trips there to get parts and I still count figure it out I took it in and they had it fixed in no time at all! They called and advise me of what they found wrong and fixed it. Truck shifts like a brand new truck. I also had a bad vibration issue that developed after I had another local truck shop replace my carrier bearings and rear output shaft seal. I had took it back to them and they kept telling me it was in the tires it was nothing they did. I had put new tires,shock air bags and leveling valve and still had vibrations. While it was at Inland they looked at the driveline and found it to be out of time which was binding the ujoint behind the carrier bearing. They also found the driveline to be bent. Inland advised me of what they found and gave me my options to fix it and I gave them the go ahead to do so. No vibrations and the truck shifts great! Brent and Josh were great to work with and they kept me updated on what they found wrong. This is a shop we’re they care and will take care of you! I’m VERY picky about my equipment and I would take it there in a heartbeat next time and know I could leave it with them and have nothing to worry about and know that it will be right and prefect when I get it back! Thanks Inland!!”

“I have been taking all my cars to them for full details at least once every year for the past 25 years. In addition, they also do periodic touch up work and paintless dent removal on all my cars. Very professional, extremely high quality work with great follow up and customer service. They will also be doing window tint on two of my cars this week.
