I have always had a great experience, whether for a quick oil change, or for recent diagnostic/problem solving work with my car. They saw me quickly, fixed the problem, and the price was excellent. “I really like this place. I've been going here for my oil changes since 2010. I appreciate that I can just stop in without an appointment and they check lots of things and wash windows etc (although i am disappointed they quit vacuuming) and they let me know if anything needs fixing. I was disappointed with the service and communication today. They were open till 3pm and I arrived at 1:15, waited a few minutes and then they closed the garage doors to get in, so I walked up and asked if they were open. They said yes but they were still on lunch for a while yet. Are customers supposed to know this?? Maybe there should be sign stating this somewhere and change the hours online to say this...so that people don't plan to be able to stop in whenever, while you are "open" but not really open...”

“I usually don’t write reviews but I felt like they deserved it 1000%. They were super friendly and generous. I came in for a second opinion on my brakes from fire-stone. I called to get a quote/est. on how much brakes were. A lovely woman named Mary picked up the phone and she gave me their rates but included that I should come down for a free brake check to be sure. They were able to schedule an appointment for me within the hour. They worked quickly with the inspection and even showed me where my brakes need replacement or what I needed to be aware of. I definitely recommend going here personally. They also have free coffee and water as you wait if that persuades you by chance haha. But Overall super friendly and helpful staff. Thank you guys!”

“While driving cross country my Toyota Venza Hybrid informed me that I needed an oil change. We pulled into the town of LeClaire, IA, hoping to find a quick solution and a friendly woman at their local visitor center sent me to a Valvoline Oil Change Center. After waiting for 30+ minutes they told me that they didn’t have enough oil to complete the job! How can a company that specializes in changing oil not have enough oil? We found Jiffy Lube a few minutes away. They had me in and out in about 15 minutes! Great service!”
