“I really like this place. I've been going here for my oil changes since 2010. I appreciate that I can just stop in without an appointment and they check lots of things and wash windows etc (although i am disappointed they quit vacuuming) and they let me know if anything needs fixing. I was disappointed with the service and communication today. They were open till 3pm and I arrived at 1:15, waited a few minutes and then they closed the garage doors to get in, so I walked up and asked if they were open. They said yes but they were still on lunch for a while yet. Are customers supposed to know this?? Maybe there should be sign stating this somewhere and change the hours online to say this...so that people don't plan to be able to stop in whenever, while you are "open" but not really open...”
