“Front desk had no idea what they were doing, how many times does the manager have to be called to check someone in.But that’s typical of all hotels, the least qualified are forced to run the hotel in the evenings.$127.00 for a room and no free breakfast.But you can buy breakfast from the bistro/cafe. But they’ll most likely be closed.Noteworthy details: Fridges are off in the rooms, so don’t expect it to keep anything cold. It takes time to get cold and will turn off in 8hrs automatically.”
“We enjoyed our stay at this centrally located hotel for what we wanted to do while in Des Moines. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. Our room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We will stay again when in the area.”
