“Stayed on the way to and from our vacation. Staff were very friendly and room was well appointed. We love that it's a dog friendly hotel because we always travel with our dog, but the first night we stayed there, one of the guests next to us crated their dog for over 2 hours and it cried the entire time. It was both sad and infuriating. My husband called the front desk and Anthony was very prompt in contacting the customer. They returned from their dinner to let the dog out. This is just one of the possible issues you deal with when traveling with dogs, but the lodge handled it quickly and we were thankful.”

“Stayed in king suite.
Spacious, clean, and well-maintained.
Bathroom spacious, no tub. Shower spacious. The shelf for the soap is inconvenient as you have to reach through the shower stream.
Unsupervised children:
This time of year, there are groups of kids and families traveling for baseball and softball. Many of them (grade-school aged) saw the need to play in the parking lot in the driveway to the hotel, not an adult in sight, so beware as you traverse the parking lot. The property is attached to a huge parking lot to the north, so there's plenty of places to play there. Kids were running around in the halls as well, and I didn't know what they were doing in the rooms, but we heard some slamming noises and felt a few vibrations in our room. Thankfully, that quieted down after 10:45 or so.
Bed very comfortable. Sofa and chairs supportive.

Breakfast was hot and reasonably fresh.
Coffee was Keurig in the room and reconstituted in the lobby with real cream available. Green tea and Earl Grey are available for tea.
Eating area spacious bright and clean.
Nice patio area. Inspect the cushions before you sit as many appear to have food spots on them. The grounds are nicely maintained.
The property has sidewalks around it and sidewalks along the frontage road so a person can easily attain a 1-mile walk safely. A couple of restaurants are easily walkable nearby. The layout inside and out seems thoughtful
Convenient luggage carts.
Staff are friendly. I would stay here again.

“The room was spotless, comfortable bed and pillows. Service excellent from check in to check out! Bistro server super friendly and attentive! New carpet in room and hallways and the courtyard a nice area to enjoy fresh air and sunshine! Also love no pet hair or barking dogs, sorry you animal lovers. It was a great stay, and a good location. Jeff the GM has managed this property for years, deserves ?.”
