“I'm giving 5 stars to the Clive locations, and 10 stars to ANN, my account was over drafted big time due to me using my debit card for an emergency and unfortunately the emergency amount came out before my bills, leading to overdraft fees and a huge negative balance, Ann took the time to listen to my issues and took the time to reach out to someone who then reversed a couple of my OD fees, it might not seem special to some people, but to me her Customer service was superb! I've delt with some unhappy reps at a different location, so her willingness to help was much appreciated! Thank you, Ann!!!”

“I just went in to set up a checking account with direct deposit to pay my auto loan off automatically they were very helpful explained all my options great friendly staff nice and clean and they have great deals on checking with interest and savings and they're all your banking needs but it's not a bank I highly suggest checking out this credit Union better than Wells Fargo”
“Been banking here since I left Wells Fargo and glad I am. They are always very friendly and helpful. They have a the regular banking services. i love that they print your debit card on sight so you don’t have to wait a week or more to get it replaced. The loan process is fairly straightforward and easy. Never have to wait long for service. I’m glad I bank here!”

“My parents recently moved to Urbandale and needed to open an account and a safe deposit box. I called several banks/credit unions and found the large boxes were quite scarce. On this preliminary call I found there was one at Community. The young lady I spoke to was kind enough to hold it for one hour, giving us a chance to get there to secure it.The computers were a bit uncooperative that day, but no fault of the staff. We are always treated respectfully when visiting and I would highly recommend.”

Jason has helped me on multiple occasions and is incredibly knowledgeable, able and willing to help me solve small or big problems.I recently had a security breach of one or more of my accounts at GreenState. Jason devoted several hours to personally help freeze and reopen my accounts and link them to important connections with Social Security, Secura Insurance, and automatic debits from my Mortgage company. He also helped reissue a new credit card and restore a process of money transfer between my GreenState corporate business account and another bank account through Nat Pay.
