People are people. It's hard to separate. But the customer service is absolutely awful and it's not their fault. Wouldn't matter if it was a computer or not. 20 year customer. Done. And sad because I love the phone service around here. Let your people be people and help. This is ridiculous.

This store always has great support when I visit. Aden was my last contact and he gave me advice that saved us money month to month. He and the team took great care of me. I left believing that they do truly appreciate my business.

My fiancé and I stopped in on a Sunday just to get pricing on joining a phone plan together. Unfortunately I couldn’t get my phone the same day due to needing to be signed off another plan, but Emily was so helpful getting everything set up and then I went back the following day to work with her on getting added to the plan. She was very professional and personable. I would definitely recommend stopping into this location and working with her. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Most of my experience with them is good. They are usually pretty helpful. But I've had troubles getting ahold of them on the phone. With an instance such as being cycled back to the "menu options" 5 times in the same phone call.

Total scam. I got notified I'm eligible for an early upgrade and would only have to pay $26.00 as an upgrade fee. I call customer service to verify. They said yes, go get the phone. So I go in to get the phone , and they want me to pay almost $300 for "activation fee, remainder of my phone, and a sim card " so.... where does the 26 dollars come in ??? Why does a 1200 dollar phone not come with a sim card and WHY do I need to pay an activation charge when I can literally do it myself ? I spoke with 3 different people and I got 3 different answers and 3 different prices. They have no clue what they are doing or what's going on. I told them I'm going to switch carriers and they said I have to pay to cancel my service. Um EXCUSE ME???

Trash company. Been with them for 15+ years. Switched from Samsung to the Pixel phone. First few months were fine. Last year and a half. Called, went to the store, and talked to supervisor online. My phone loses connection to the network multiple times a day. This is frustrating because I use my phone daily for work. Was told I could turn the device in, but they jo longer offer loaner phones. Though I pay for protection. Constantly told there are no errors on their end logged. Yet I have to hard reset my connection to even talk to them. Was told well there must be limited 5g coverage in your area. I live 4 mins from a store in the second biggest city in Iowa..... Finally convince them it's the device though I wouldn't he surprised if it's bot device and storem finally took a day off so I can turn my phone in for service. Claims too old. Worthless staff and company. I'd rather pay less for spotty service with TMobile. Complete idiots at every level with us cellular. I'm done. Would not waste my time with them. Unless you want zero customer service and a bunch of Sorry. Clearly canned messages that they send when you prove it's their fault, but they refuse to help

This place is terrible. The “boss” was to busy talking about fantasy football with his employee. Emily was rude and didn’t like her job. I bought a new phone and just wanted to swap colors. Emily had to move mountains to help us. Never coming back here again.

The place wants to keep you in there store as long as possible! I went as soon as the doors opened to get a charger, after a couple hours messing with it at home it wouldn't work. I took it in to exchange it and got little to no help. Just make you sit there for hours with what should be a 5 min. Or less transaction. I absolutely dread dealing with these people

This store does not want to help people! I called to ask questions about potentially getting a new phone line and they instantly transferred me to customer service. Customer service told me to specifically call this door since it's literally right next door to where I live

I was at a loss of how to get out of a FB account I don't use, and couldn't figure out how to delete it, also locked me out of the account I was using. I couldn't find anyone to help me, so went to US Cellular at 2315 Edgewood Rd. Joey asked if I could wait until the other customers were taken care of , then he was able to help me and did his magic, I'm so thankful he did, as I get too frustrated with some technology.

Absolutely Terrible service, especially by Emily. I went in the pay my disabled mothers bill for her, she acts like she owns the place and my first photo ID wasn't good enough for her.
