“Well I have to be honest…this initially was not a good review BUT, I will say this…their service manager Melissa Corken did a phenomenal job at rectifying the service that I had initially received. I won’t state what happened because I feel that the justice that was performed on her behalf nullifies any feeling I once had. She is a great person and showed me that she was working with great people. Just like all people know…things happen, and I was probably a 1 percent that had the experience that I did. But with the help of Josh Cole (service advisor) any wrong that I felt, was made right and I TRULY appreciate and value that. Thank you so much for all of your help and effort that you both put in to help me. I will most definitely me bringing my car here and TRUST, out of all things that my vehicle is in good hands. Melissa and Josh you both are truly “MIDWEST MAGNIFICENT”. Again, thank you for all that you do and dealing with any adverse situation that may occur. “Pulled in late Saturday afternoon my oil can light had been coming on even after adding oil. They looked at the car right away and told me many lights that were out also. Head light for one. I was not aware of others .They also changed the oil filter and told me about a issue that I should fix as soon as possible which is my pulley on my serpentine belt and maybe the belt it’s self. which was why it was making strange noise when I turned the wheel. The light on the dash went off also. They did a thorough job. At a good price. Thank you, Jiffy Debra”

“Big Jim's was an excellent place to go. I had been quoted at another shop for over $10,000 to fix it. Big Jim's took the car in and completed the work for less than $2000. Andy talked through what the issue was, how he came to the conclusion and what was fixed. He did a good job of making me not feel like an idiot while he talked to me. He identified what else they do for oil changes and costs as well as things that may be needed in the future. All around great place!!
