“I want to give a shout out to technician, Jeremy, at Blain's Farm & Fleet! We were visiting from Michigan and about to embark on an 11 hour ride home, with our two, young grandkids. On Sunday morning before Memorial Day, I realized there was a bolt in my tire that needed repair or replacement. The likelihood of either was slim to none on a Sunday, and even less on a Sunday before a holiday! I had to get back that day, but also needed to do it safely and not be stranded on the interstate with two young grandchildren (ages 3 and 4). After visiting 3 other locations from 7am - 9am early that morning the responses I received were: they could not repair it, didn't have the technican's available throughout the day or didn't have the appropriate tire replacement, and I needed to check back on Tuesday. My last option was Blain's Farm & Fleet. Jeremy greeted me very professionally and understood that if he pulled the bolt and 1) couldn't repair it, or 2) didn't have a replacement tire readily available, I was SOL until Tuesday. He did not have a replacement, but believed he could repair it. And he did! Within an hour I was on the road, but the true test was yet to come. Would it withstand the 600 miles back to MI? It did! I am so grateful to Jeremy and the Blain's Farm & Fleet team for the outstanding job and allowing me and my family to get back home safely that night, and recommend them for your tire repair service. “Target went above and beyond for us. I have memory issues and my wife and I shopped for some essentials and such, but we bought a new set of pots and pans that were on sale. Big box so we put on the bottom of the cart (below the basket). We check out and everything was scanned and paid for when my wife told me to go to the car and unload while she got Starbucks.
I did as I was told (I'm a good boy) and put everything in the basket in the back of my car and put the cart in the corral. I drove up to the door to pick up my wife and we went home.
Unloading I realized what I'd done. I left the pots and pans set under the cart! I raced back to see if it was still sitting in the cart and it was gone. I went inside, shaking, because of what I'd done and asked if anyone returned it. Of course, scruples are lost on many people so there was no box brought in. I had to explain what I'd done and asked if anything could be done.
The team lead said it was fine and things like this happen and to not let it worry me as she saw I was anxiety ridden and apologized a dozen times. She mentioned that loss prevention wasn't in until 5:30 but would keep my receipt with the time stamp and would have LP call me after they review the cameras.
I got a call that evening from a gentleman who said he saw everything as I described and soon after I pulled out, watched a thief walk over and take it away. He said to come in today and they would make it right one way or another.
Today, I went in to guest services, told who I was, and they brought out a new box of the pans we purchased the day before! I can't say enough about how Target employees did what they could to help me and went above my expectations.”

“I recently placed an online order and picked it up. I go to this store every couple of months or so. My recent order pickup went smoothly. Had to wait a little longer than expected at the gate, making sure my order was ready. Went around to the pickup area and the associate came right out and my order was correct and complete.”

“Visited Ross twice this month. They have a huge selection of several different items and products. This store reminds me of a Amazon return store but very good quality and prices. They have something for everyone. From clothing, footware, and house goods to cologne's/perfumes and pet supplies. I will definitely be visiting again.”
