I will never use them again. It took them almost 18 months to fix an issue with how they billed my insurance. I'm sure if I hadn't called biweekly to check on the refund I'd still be waiting. Also, the garment I ordered was not worth what it cost.

Did not receive the help I needed. I wanted to pay cash but they said I needed to have a fitting for insurance reasons. Well, since I 'm paying cash that should not matter. I have been wearing these for 9 years now, I think I got it. Went to an on line site and gave my business to them.
