“Paid $90 almost $100 for one pair of pants. They charge you extra the higher up in size you go which is not plus size friendly. I didnt get home till I realized the pants I bought had a chemical smell. I've washed them more than 10 times they never shrink but the smell will not go away!”

“Oh my. Such incredible customer service, Beth is a lifesaver and my hero! I had previously purchased a suit, expecting to need it, but never ended up wearing it. Two years later, I have a wedding coming up, I’ve gained some muscle (but also some tummy), and the suit does not fit me at all. I knew it was a long shot, but I went in and explained the situation, and Beth was able to give me in-store credit for the old suit, and with the sale going on, I was able to purchase a new, well-fitting suit for just $38. I had figured it was my mistake, and I was out the money, but Beth went above and beyond to fix something that was MY fault. Additionally, while trying to decide between two different coat sizes, Beth assisted me yet again and helped me pick the size that was best. I had already loved this place for the frequent sales and high quality clothing, but I’ll definitely have to come back more often from now on. Thank you, Beth :)”

“My first western boot purchase was in November of 2023 and the very helpful staff at Boot Barn made the experience absolutely successful. They were very knowledgeable but never pushy, and they have a decent rewards program as well. I have gone back a couple of times already to also check out their great selection of apparel. Their hours are good too with earlier than expected opening times compared to other stores.”
