“My husband and I visited this store to exchange a mattress that we bought from another Mattress Firm location. Quinten and Sean took the time to show us various other mattresses at their store and explained the differences of each mattress. They listened to our concerns and were both extremely patient and helpful. We felt that they wanted us to be happy as customers and with our mattress exchange . We left the store feeling cared for and appreciated as a customer. These guys are indeed, an asset to the company.”
“I walked in the door with my nephew and Taylor immediately greeted us, he asked us some questions and since this purchase was for my nephew, Taylor talked directly to him and figured out the best mattress. It did not take long and we purchased what we wanted. Taylor did not pressure us into purchasing a more expensive mattress and springs than what we wanted.We soon set up the delivery date which was early the next week since the mattresses are manufactured the day before delivery.I can't say enough about Taylor and will be back when it is time to purchase the next one.”
