“Merchandise is displayed hap hazardly. Prices are good. Aisles are narrow and very hard to shop because of many customers. All in all, I like the merchandise and the prices.”

“This location of Christopher & Banks really made my day this weekend. While I have not been all that happy with the brand since they went bankrupt, this Ankeny, IA location has gone above and beyond and separated their clothing by size! That means, for the first time since the CJ Banks location in Green Bay closed, I can shop in (my section of) the store and know that the items I see are in my size! This is the experience that I want! I was asked twice if they could put the items I was holding in a dressing room for me. I ended up buying 3 tops and a couple pairs of socks.”
“Whenever Sam's gas is closed, it's nice they are next door & still have reasonable gas prices. I prefer Sam's so I can use Scan & Go at the pumps, but this place is a nice 2nd!”
“I came in for an inspection on my tie rod and they said I needed a new one but didn’t have the part of on hand and told me to come back tomorrow once they get one in. I came back and they didn’t have the part and Frank had one of his team members go out to a different auto shop so they could get it done that same day. There was a little mix up in getting the part but nonetheless, Frank and the team worked diligently to get it there. Frank was the absolute best and asked if there was anything else I needed done while I was there so I got new wiper blades installed and new cabin and air filters installed. Frank worked tirelessly to make sure I was all set to go and was very apologetic that the part wasn’t there when I got there and I had to stay a little while longer than I was supposed to (2.5 hours compared to 1 or less). Frank earned my service for a very long time and I cannot thank him enough for what he did. Frank didn’t overcharge on anything and cut me some deals because of the time I spent there. “I HATED IT, I'm kidding but it was not very good, mainly due to it being Walmart, there were too many people, I did get the ocualas quest 2 sooooooo it was pretty good”
“I feel like everyone is so kind and helpful. A little frustrated that you guys were showing open online though when you were actually closed. I would have tried to move things around earlier in the day and make it work. Now I have to wait until I get back from a trip. The lower rating has nothing to do with the staff but the update of information online”
