“I was in Bomgaars a few weeks ago looking for a cinch for my horse when I met Ian. He greeted me with a friendly smile and was knowledgeable in helping me determine a good choice for my horse. I love horse talk and enjoyed swapping a few horse stories and showing off a pic or two of my “baby”. Ian really seems to care about people and providing an excellent customer experience. It is much appreciated! In addition to the customer experience I am impressed with the variety and brands this store carries. I’ll definitely be back!”

“So after having trouble with 2 Walmarts. I had called the se 14th Walmart and there was confusion with when they’d be putting out their Halloween inventory/ what was out. I had spoken with 2 associates the night before. They said the inflatable I wanted was on the shelf and in stock then when I went there they said it might have been sold or hadn’t been put out yet. They said they couldn’t do holds. I talked to 6 different people in two days and gotten different answers. Then I tried ankeny, they had said there weren’t many people out on the floor to look at the inventory. I then tried grimes. The associate went right away to the location of the item and said she put it up at customer service for me. Thank you”

“While I was shopping alone, two teenagers decided it would be funny to harass me. They keep staring and smirking at me. Whenever I tried to approach them, they ran away, but kept following me throughout the store. It was probably a game to them, but I didn't appreciate it. (You never know what strangers might do. At best, it was an annoyance, but, at worst, who knows what they might have done.) Anyway, after about 15 minutes of this, I finally decided to report it to the staff. One of the managers, named Christian, was very helpful! He tried to find them via the in-store cameras and even offered to escort me around the store while I finished shopping. Once I reported this, I didn't see the kids anymore. They undoubtedly ran out of the store right away. But this manager's actions went a long way towards reassuring me and making me feel better (and safer) while shopping at Walmart. Thanks, Christian!”
