Shopped for Cyclone gear for our grandkids. The two young staffers sat across the way at the register, on their phones the whole time. When we finally went to them and asked a question about the merchandise, the answer was, "I'm not sure." So... plan on being totally self-sufficient at this store.

We purchase Iowa State shirts for our entire family every Christmas and this is our go to place. The staff is always excellent and extremely helpful. The prices are just right. They always have a wide selection of designs.
