I was talking about the problems my current coat had developed, and Madeline, the employee working at the time, shared with me that my coat had a lifetime warranty. I had not remembered that, and she helped me through the warranty process. Madeline’s service was excellent, and I was very grateful she took the time to help me! Also, I was thankful I had bought my original coat from Eddie Bauer! It’s rare that a company stands by their product with a warranty like that these days!”

Talia helped create the BEST shopping experience I have ever had! ? She made me feel comfortable + valued as a customer. She even gave me her opinion during a try-on, which was very helpful. I normally just browse the first visit, but I liked it there so much I just had to buy something! The aesthetic is cool but welcoming.
