Most recently I got a jacket for a wedding tailored by them, they got it done exactly when they said and at a very reasonable price. The owner and staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with sizing/measuring for me. This store is a great local asset!”

“The staff has always been very friendly when I've been in there. They do seem to have as much selection as the other store such as those in Des Moines, but they still are the onion option for some brands. Obviously they are very expensive but the clothes are very comfortable.”

“I was in the store replacing my 14 year old WeatherEdge Eddie Bauer parka. I was talking about the problems my current coat had developed, and Madeline, the employee working at the time, shared with me that my coat had a lifetime warranty. I had not remembered that, and she helped me through the warranty process. Madeline’s service was excellent, and I was very grateful she took the time to help me! Also, I was thankful I had bought my original coat from Eddie Bauer! It’s rare that a company stands by their product with a warranty like that these days!”

“Typical (which is good) of a Kohl's store. Well stocked and organized. There are clean restrooms and a good customer service area. The isles are accessible, not cluttered. The variety in clothing is great and clearly marked. Changing rooms are well maintained.”
