Got put in a call back queue for customer support, waited over an hour with no call back, tried to call their “24 hour 7 day a week” customer support again and got nothing but a dial tone. Pay an extra $60 a month for unreliable internet connection

Internet is pretty good however their customer service is phenomenal, was on the phone with a CSR named Zach for like 40 minutes as we battled against Amazon prime video, even after amazon hung up on us 3 times. He was helpful and human. Get this man a raise.

Jack and Jordan were both incredibly kind and helpful in trouble shooting setting up home internet through tech support. I can not recommend this company more if great customer service is what you want/need.
