If you need a reason to switch to T-Mobile, a good one is the service in the retail locations. Yes you may have to wait but the staff are helpful.”

2925 Grand Ave #103, Ames“I went to this location for technical help with my phone. I was greeted by the manager, Pedro who was very professional and knowledgeable. Not to mention very patient with someone who is not great with technology. He immediately knew how to solve my problem. I did have to return later that day, for a little more help. Again, Pedro was very patient with me.I really appreciated the friendly, knowledgeable service I received here!”
“Internet is pretty good however their customer service is phenomenal, was on the phone with a CSR named Zach for like 40 minutes as we battled against Amazon prime video, even after amazon hung up on us 3 times. He was helpful and human. Get this man a raise.”

“Usually only one or two employees present so there can be a wait, but the people in this store are ON POINT. They solve problems and get things done. They are sharp, personable, polite, knowledgable and professional. In short, they know their business and are good at it. The store itself is situated oddly and parking can be an issue, but that is the only downside.”
