“I’ve used them twice for airport transportation and both drivers have been very pleasant and I was very happy with the ride and service. Booking was a little hard the first time but only because my address was wrong but we got it corrected and they even called me the night prior to be sure I was ok with a vehicle change.”
“I’ve used Enterprise for many years. My arrangements, pick up and drop off have always gone well. The East Euclid Avenue location is extremely convenient for me. The last two cars I’ve rented have had the service the engine light on for either all or the majority of pretty long trips. Pretty unnerving.”

And big thanks to Jake for driving us home ina doggone tornado. That is NOT a typo. These guys drove me home in a Caddy during a tornado while dodging downed trees. I ain't even making this up. Sam and the boys are so far above and beyond the goal they ought to be running their own franchise. Whatever they are paid is chump change for the lengths they went for a average customer. Need more than 5 stars tbh.”
“I only had a one way, which I know most rental companies don’t like. Lol. So I told them I’d literally take whatever they’d want to give me. Antonio, the Ankeny, IA manager, personally did my transaction. He was awesome. He had a woman he was dealing with before me who was very demanding. Let’s just say he has the patience of a saint. Lol. He put me in a nice vehicle and had me on the road super fast. Enterprise is the only company I ever rent from.”
