“Enterprise most definitely has the best customer service in the industry. I frequently rent from Hertz and Avis and am always pleasantly surprised when I return to Enterprise. The employee at the counter was extremely helpful and interactive and the one to whom I returned the car was super fast, efficient and interested in how the rental went. There was a small issue with the car that he noted for the maintenance staff.”

“Our flight was delayed and came in late, like 11 pm. There were about 20 people in line to get a car. The two individuals behind the counter stayed very calm and got us all through and out to our cars as quickly as they could. I had a very good experience and with the large number of people we were taken care of in a friendly way. Very satisfied.”

“Our car was stolen on Christmas and our insurance hooked us up with enterprise for a rental. Trey helped me both times I went in. We had a really nice Camry for about a month and today I needed to extend that rental and had a toddler who wasn't cooperating. Trey did the entire transaction in the parking lot and even made the process of switching cars because the Camry needed an oil change super easy. I really really appreciate it!”

“Vacation was great until I lost the keys to the rental car.Called Alamo and they had the car towed. The next day I called the Alamo at Des Moines airport, where I rented the vehicle, and talked to Enid.She was able to get us another car, Enterprise picked us up at our hotel and took us to their office for a replacement vehicle. The people at Enterprise were waiting for us and had the car ready. We were able to get home on time and no fuss. Adrian and Kyle were super helpful when I dropped the car off. “This is the best car rental location we have gone to, with a good selection of vehicles, a good price, & also good customer service. Everywhere else (i.e. Enterprise) requires us to have good/better credit, a bill (i.e. water & full coverage insurance), & a deposit. Meanwhile, they don't nearly need all of that stuff in other places want. We're definitely coming back to this location.”

Due to my circumstances not one of the rental places at Des Moines airport would rent to me but Dollar did. I was almost in tears and they came thru and worked with me so I could get back home. “Picking up is always a breeze with the amazing customer service you receive from the staff. Timing is always excellent and the process to pick up your rental is super simple. Vehicle selection always comes with multiple options. Always clean inside and out. Low miles and very well taken care of vehicles. The rates are unbeatable when matched with the 10 percent back as an Amazon gift card and the cash back you receive for using a credit card. No matter if I’m picking up or dropping off the staff always greets me with a smile and treats me like family no matter where you are. I would recommend Avis because of customer service, price, and convenience.Bonus, you may get lucky and get a brand new rental with less than 10 miles. It does happen and has happened to me. Avis also recently added the option to split payments either by dollar amount or itemized. The Avis app has amazing features like finding your car. Or checking the gas after parking. Avis is the best in the business.”

We had an issue with some charges that Denver added without our knowledge or approval but the Manager of this office did an outstanding job of researching and correcting our final contract. “I had to make an unexpected trip to Iowa to visit a friend who had just entered hospice care in Waterloo. The airport was somehow out of cars, so I had to rent from this location in West Des Moines. Xavior Williams called me two days before my reservation to confirm all my information. Due to my friend’s rapidly declining condition, I had to modify my reservation to go a day early. Xavior accommodated my request to change my reservation despite it being clear that there seemed to be a shortage of available cars in the city. He was on site the following day to check me in and give me a car, and demonstrated great sensitivity towards my situation. It was definitely one of the best rental car experiences I’ve ever had.”
