Wanted good used semi tires. The guy on the phone said all he had was good used tires or he wouldn't have saved them. When i got there, i looked at some tires and the tires he wanted to sell me where just as bad as the ones i was taking off. Also i actually only needed 1 tire replacement but told him 2 times that if he had 4 good used ones id take 4. So while i was tooking at tires his guys took off all 4 tires off the semi. I came back an they had dismounted 2 an was puting on 1 that i never seen let alone approved. I looked at the 2 they had, one already mounted an they were just as thin as what they took off. When i mentioned this fact the guy said stop wasting my time. I wasn't wasting his time! He was trying to put the srews to me. Then rolls in another 2 tires so cupped they probably would have bounced me out of the cab! So then he brings out 4 other tires that where decent. I went ahead an let them mouth those! Total bill was 991.33 dollars! An thats waisting his time? Ive never had a tire shop in my 34 years of driving ever decide what tires i would put on my truck! Was very rude!! I will never spend another dime in that place! Jacks not ok tires!
Also had 2 really good tires an refused to sell them to me or even give me a price!
Thank you Jay Limbaugh! For the worst tire experience I've ever had in my 34 years of trucking!

Jack's, is the only place that we do our vehicle maintenance. There Employees are dedicated to to there employer, as well as the customer they serve. We bought a car from Lyons Toyota, out of Mason city years ago. We did a few oil changes there. The Lyons Toyota employees seem to think they are above and beyond. Anyone they to business with in there. It makes a customer feel uneasy to do business.
So if you would like awesome service from a staff. That takes pride in there professionalism. Jack' in Algona Iowa or Mason city, Iowa. Will give you what you ask for in serving your needs to the maintenance to your vehicle.
