The best part of having my car serviced at Jack's is that they care about the service they offer you. They get you in as soon as possible and they are so thorough in checking out your vehicle. I appreciate the way they do business and I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Somewhat disappointed as I had expected a tire to be repaired within an hour based on their expectation. Instead the tire was set aside and when I returned it was still where the technician had placed it. If it wasn't going to get immediate attention they should have told me upfront.

Needed 2 batteries for the truck. Called to make sure they had the interstate batteries I needed.Went over 2 days later. Guy at the desk was very helpful/ kind/ & liked his job!!Helped unload old, load new and gone.Thx again
