Didn't want to help when all they had to do was scan my return code and put label on box. So weird at that location. I'm driving to this one Always now it's obvious they love what they do! “Store 2812 Joseph was who assisted me. I had a return but did not have a box so Joseph help me bag my item up and take pieces apart, which was a job in itself I legit would not have been able to do it without him. We were outside in the heat. He did not have to help me at all, and if it wasn’t for him, I probably wouldn’t have even returned the item due to the fact it was so hard to package back up. If I would’ve been able to him, I would’ve given him $100 for his help. Best customer service I’ve ever had and needs recognition for what he did for me today! 10 out of 10”

“Estes was subcontracted from a company out of Chicago to deliver my generac 18k generator.Was told by people in Chicago that they would contact me and schedule a delivery, this was on a Friday. I mentioned to them on a Monday delivery?At 10:45 am, the driver Jeff called and said he was on his way. This about an hour out! He was very helpful and courteous with the delivery.The only thing that I think should have been done differently. Office didn't call ahead of time too make sure I would be home to unload, especially sence the item weighed almost 500 pounds! Other then that, they did a good job.”

“I have always had really good luck at this branch, quick and efficient. The guy in there today was super quick and even told me a one liner joke while I was at the window. In and out in less than 3 minutes. I was really happy because I had just tried the branch on Edgewood and Madison and after waiting forever and watching them move around like molasses I got ticked off and walked out. Cheers to the Greenwood branch”
“My wife and I finally cut "the cable" from our service provider and they paid for shipping back the equipment we had used by using FedEx. Since we only have places that are other businesses and handle FedEx shipping as a secondary job in our area, we headed to this Greenwood Location just north of the White River Library on SR 135 which is strictly a FedEx office that specializes in printing (not used on this visit but competitively priced) and shipping. They had a lot of supplies on hand for visitors and lots of self help printers and even some small cubicles that I assume you can use to assemble your projects. I walked in and was greeted. I was carrying my returned equipment (didn't even have a box) and let the man behind the counter that I was returning the ATT equipment and had printed off the return label for him to use. He verified the equipment was the same as what ATT was expecting, and said because they waited to ship the equipment (in bulk) when they had enough equipment to make it worth shipping. In the meantime, I got a printed receipt that I had dropped off the equipment. The whole thing took only a few minutes and I was happily on my way. Because this was the only time I've been to this facility, I can't say how helpful the staff is on shipping without being an automatic return. I also didn't use any of the printing, so a 4 star rating for the service and ease of returning I experienced. Review #823”
