“JoJo does an excellent job. And does it ALONE. I go to this location all the time & normally there are 2 or more employees. Lines are long. When I luck out & JoJo is working, the line may be just as long, but it takes him less than 5 min to clear all the people. He's fast, friendly, polite & always up beat,regardless of how many people are in line. Tells everyone as they leave "have a blessed day". He does the work of 2 people, so should be paid accordingly. Thank you for people like JoJo. Such a pleasure.”

“Estes was subcontracted from a company out of Chicago to deliver my generac 18k generator.Was told by people in Chicago that they would contact me and schedule a delivery, this was on a Friday. I mentioned to them on a Monday delivery?At 10:45 am, the driver Jeff called and said he was on his way. This about an hour out! He was very helpful and courteous with the delivery.The only thing that I think should have been done differently. Office didn't call ahead of time too make sure I would be home to unload, especially sence the item weighed almost 500 pounds! Other then that, they did a good job.”

Initially Elaine helped us with an emergency banner for a convention - she was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to help us. When the banner printed out, the file was not high enough resolution so Elaine re-did the design for us. In the mean time, Jana and Marvin helped her a bit, but all of them were so kind and helpful…you rarely see this amount of customer service these days. If I could give them all 10 stars I would - especially Elaine - she was a God-send!!! THANK YOU to the amazing team at this FedEx location!!!”

“I just had the most wonderful experience at this location (East Washington St, Indianapolis, IN)! Dee had a line of 6-15 people the entire time I was there and he was calm and friendly to every customer and gave each person the time and attention they deserved. While waiting for something to print for one customer, he triaged other customers at a second computer. UPS needs to hire more employees like Dee!! He deserves recognition from his area/market leaders!!”

In and out in less than 3 minutes. I was really happy because I had just tried the branch on Edgewood and Madison and after waiting forever and watching them move around like molasses I got ticked off and walked out. “My wife and I finally cut "the cable" from our service provider and they paid for shipping back the equipment we had used by using FedEx. Since we only have places that are other businesses and handle FedEx shipping as a secondary job in our area, we headed to this Greenwood Location just north of the White River Library on SR 135 which is strictly a FedEx office that specializes in printing (not used on this visit but competitively priced) and shipping. They had a lot of supplies on hand for visitors and lots of self help printers and even some small cubicles that I assume you can use to assemble your projects. I walked in and was greeted. I was carrying my returned equipment (didn't even have a box) and let the man behind the counter that I was returning the ATT equipment and had printed off the return label for him to use. He verified the equipment was the same as what ATT was expecting, and said because they waited to ship the equipment (in bulk) when they had enough equipment to make it worth shipping. In the meantime, I got a printed receipt that I had dropped off the equipment. The whole thing took only a few minutes and I was happily on my way. Because this was the only time I've been to this facility, I can't say how helpful the staff is on shipping without being an automatic return. I also didn't use any of the printing, so a 4 star rating for the service and ease of returning I experienced. Review #823”

“Honestly. All these negative reviews had me very concerned about this load. Yet my experience was typical of any other shipper. Yes it took them over 2 hrs to load me but less than 3. I did see other people experiencing the problems mentioned here but they were late and having to be worked in. They can't make the people who are on time late and have to pay them detention because you were late. You obviously didn't care enough about their time to be on time so they don't care about yours. At least that was what I took from all these negative reviews and what I observed.”
