“I walked in close to closing time for my sim card failing. Jarrod was the only one working at the time. He gave an excellent service to the lady who he was helping before me doing everything in his power to serve the client. He then helped me figuring out solutions to my issue. Since I was due for an upgrade we went ahead and upgraded my phone. He stayed with me 35 minutes after closing just to make sure I was all set! We rarely get to experience this level of service anymore and i’m glad I got to be helped by Jarrod. He was excellent in giving great suggestions and making the process very easy. Even in the moments where we felt like we were watching paint dry we had a great conversation. Kudos to Jarrod for being exceptional at his job and the service he provides.”

“When my elderly mom was scammed and allowed the hacker to get into both her computer and cell phone, I was In a panic and wanted to ensure all viruses, etc they had put on her devices were gone. Justin at CPR was the best! He ran scans on both phone and computer, removed all malware and showed me how to adjust settings on her phone to help prevent from happening in future. So incredibly kind, knowledgeable and affordable!”

“I’ve never trusted phone repair shops ever. I was going to take an L and live with the bad crack I had till I got another iPhone but I didn’t want to risk water getting in the cracks. Took it here and he got it done super fast and honestly I could be overthinking it but the screen looks more crisp than how it was before and feels good and just as responsive. The guy was nice and quick and knowledgeable so ask questions! Overall 5/5 would definitely recommend for anyone who is skeptical. 150$ beats 300-400$ at Apple and definitely beats paying 1,200$ for a new one when mines works just fine ?”
“I had to wait approximately 10 minutes for a rep to become available. They provided good service and were knowledgeable, but they’re always trying to upsell you on their services. I understand that’s how they are compensated and measured for performance, but getting a sales pitch every time you visit isn’t ideal.”

“Demetrius was amazing. He took extra time and care to make sure me and my mom got everything we needed to before we left the store. They educated us on what are first and second bill would look like and what to expect. From beginning to end we were greeted with a smiling face, and those dimples had us both at welcome to AT&T, everyone in the store was nice and pleasant even the DM pop by the table to say hello and complement my nails.”

“Round Room was an absolutely stunning and perfectly sized venue for my New Year's Eve wedding! Absolutely pristine, modern and massive! So much space to comfortably accommodate our 250 guests. The sound system was perfect for live music. The venue worked so well with all of our specific requests for catering, DJ, etc. And the event coordinator is extraordinarily gifted - was so impressed with her timeliness and experience. Would highly recommend this venue for any couple!”

“Hello, Recently my Android kept freezing up & had multiple issues. Multiple viruses had taken over. Two nice young men. Lameire & Malcom Clemens assisted me. They were extremely nice & very helpful. Every discount & options that were available to me were fully explained. The store was getting an influx of customers. Enter Pon who is the ultimate manager of the store. Very intelligent & personable. Pon has great leadership skills & is a great multitasker.
I had to remove a freeze on the 3 credit agency's. Pon helped me get thru some issues.
Now I am on the 55 plus plan. Save some money on my fixed income. Everything is good now. Plus I received 2 promotional items. “I've purchased my 65" and 50" with swivel mounts and 2 blue tooth surround sounds personally. I bought a 50" and swivel mount as a gift for my grandmother. when my Dad found out how great the prices were he immediately had me run with him for an Identical 50" and swivel mount I installed in there bedroom. great prices on awesome products. No reason in the world to spend double and triple the price when a 15 month warranty is offered with extended warranties available as well. Love the place would recommend them to anyone and advise people to do the same.”
