I love the functionality of the Wingback.The main reason I bought this product - I travel often, and need to use GPS in rental cars and it’s a pain to try to remember to pack a device to mount my phone — the wingback works perfectly!!I also have my phone in my hand often and have tried pop sockets before, this blows them out of the water!Also I must mention the customer service is the best I’ve ever dealt with! After months of use, the wingback wouldn’t go flat anymore, so I was ready to replace (for the price, totally affordable to replace) but I first asked Scooch’s support team if there was a way to fix it. They are sending me a replacement with no questions asked! Top notch customer service AND an awesome, affordable product?! Rare combo! Thank you Scooch!!”

“Called and talked to Joey to check to see if they had any 15 pro max phones in stock. He went and check and told me yes. I came into the store and asked for him. He was amazing with the speed and accuracy. He added a line to which saved me over $100. We traded in our old phones got cases and screen protectors. He was very efficient and the entire staff was very friendly. They put the protective screens on all 4 of the new phones. The atmosphere of the store was very welcoming and it was well kept. This will be our store for future purchases.”

“Have always had great experience at this store. They never answer the phone, which sucks, but going in I get great service and always helpful. Have had cricket for 9 years except 1 month I switched to Xfinity for a “trial”. I work in home health and travel all over. Lost signal tons and switched right back!”

“I came in yesterday (Saturday) and didn’t have to wait at all. I knew I wanted to leave T-Mobile since my contract was up, Aaron helped get me set up with a new plan and a new phone! Normally I would dread going to a phone store and doing this because it seems like it always takes 2+ hours. But, Aaron made this as painless as possible and was so knowledgeable about the products and services. I also ended up treating myself to an iPad! I will 100% recommend this store and Aaron to any of my friends and my boyfriend now wants to go see him to upgrade his phone. Thank you again Aaron!”

“Have been to this location twice. Once to have my phone get repaired (was sent to bestbuy behind the store) and secondly to upgrade my phone. I called in the morning to check inventory before heading to the store. I was greeted promptly by 'Darion'. He was very helpful and informative when speaking. Later that day, I did go in and meet with Darion. He helped with the tedious process of upgrading my phone & getting a new Apple Watch. Even though some pricing was different, he made sure I was comfortable every step of the process & had no issues switching models. All in all, this is a very great store & a little secluded away so it is not jam-packed inside the small store. I will give props to Darion once again. He is a VERY great employee to have and is very informative on current technology. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE”

“Possibly the best customer service I've ever had. Went into the store with an urgent situation needing to add a phone for my nephew and all the options online would have taken weeks. I was greeted by Cameron and explained the situation and he went right to work on finding a solution. Alex got involved and found the phone I was looking for at another location and personally drove to pick up the phone for me while I finished the paperwork. Less than 30 minutes later I was on my way home with a new phone and and experience that left me wondering why more companies don't go above and beyond anymore.”
