“Went in with phone problems and they went above and beyond to get them resolved. They are super friendly and do what they can to take care of your needs.Update: Went in for a screen protector. They ordered one to be delivered to my home. I also got home internet added to my account. It is faster than the xfinity internet I had and costs less. Ping rate averages about 30.”

Came in for an exchange. Two guys were working with other customers. A lady just walked around and checked people in and never helped anyone. She kept retreating to the back. Very poor customer service.”

“This location was a huge relief today, after buying a swiss army phone online and the manufacturer telling me it will only work with 2 providers. The first one seemed clueless at Verizon on how to get it set up so I stopped by here instead of a second Verizon and glad I did. Nick was knowledgeable and had my phone linked to the network within 10 minutes and ported me over with no problem. Full service clear from the store to my house 40 minutes away in Burlington.
