My brother is a resident at the Willows facility. The staff is always attentive and kind to him. They encourage him to engage in social activities, and he has made friends here. It’s a small more cozy facility that is rather homey. He has made it his home and is happy here.

My Mom has been at Life Care Center of The Willows for the past 18 months. The care that she has received has been top notch. The staff, at all levels, are very professional and attentive to the patient and family needs.

Life Care Center of The Willows offers inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation and 24-hour skilled nursing care in a cozy part of town in Valparaiso, Indiana. Porter Health Care System locations and all of the quaint charm, shopping and entertainment in the area are just minutes away.
Our facility offers a variety of specialized treatments, including Closed Pulse Irrigation wound care, VitalStim therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation. In addition, our in-house team of therapists and nurses work with each patient and resident to develop a personalized care plan to meet their individual needs and goals.
