App not working on a Friday morning?! What a joke! Upper management needs to get their head out of their a&& and stop messing things up

I had a car loan with them and got screwed. I had to pay a monthly fee no matter how I paid and the people were not friendly. Unfortunately, the vehicle died on me but it got me away from TCU for good!
