“My wife and I were traveling on the adjacent 65 interstate when an object in the road punctured our sidewall. As we were towing a heavily laden trailer, jacking up and changing the tire ourselves on the side of the road was not an attractive option. The guys ( and Rita!) at Best-One not only changed my tire, but made arrangements to have a replacement at their nearby location further up the road in Columbus. This was all done at no charge with apologies on their part that they did not have the tire in stock at that location. What a great team!”
