“They did me extremely well. After my car sitting for a month at Dons in North Vernon and never being touched, I had it towed here on a Friday at the recommendation from another local mechanic. He said it would be Wednesday before he could be done, but to my surprise he had it done on Monday. Don's had only quoted me with one brake line being busted, when in reality it was two plus the leads from the calipers to the lines. He did it for only $100 more than what Don's quoted me for one single brake line. No muss, no fuss. Will definitely use these guys again without a doubt.”

“I ordered a 68-72 Nova tubular front end last month. Jason gave me a realistic timeline and I received a very nice piece of craftsmanship one day after the shipping company picked it up. A tubular front end from scratch, faster than the big box stores online can get racecar parts out that are supposedly sitting on a shelf. He also was quick to respond to a question I had, to include a part number. If that’s not great customer service, I don’t know what is. “My wife and I were traveling on the adjacent 65 interstate when an object in the road punctured our sidewall. As we were towing a heavily laden trailer, jacking up and changing the tire ourselves on the side of the road was not an attractive option. The guys ( and Rita!) at Best-One not only changed my tire, but made arrangements to have a replacement at their nearby location further up the road in Columbus. This was all done at no charge with apologies on their part that they did not have the tire in stock at that location. What a great team!”

But people run over stuff in roads and flat tires happen all time even when you try avoid it . Plus the service people are friendly and knowledgeable and service is fast.. I get oil changed here too highly recommend ladies and me use this service”
