The people was really helpful and very friendly. The people was also very good at giving advice and looking after my needs of what I needed in banking!!

Easy to open the new account but not as easy to get everything transferred to the new account. Had to go back in and then still could not get online fixed and items done right with the transferred of funds!

Horrible customer service!! They take no accountability for their screw ups. Then Nicole (or something from Rochester) catches a stank attitude with me because they lost MY check and I wanted answers!! Terrible,terrible.
