“I am Writing to praise Christa!! we chose the phone we wanted and chose the AT&T plan, as we have used it for years, but suddenly The procedure stopped midway. Long story short - Christa contacted every Apple or AT&T support contact she could find. She patiently waited for a couple of them to call back, Which they didn't. She was finally able to find out that the problem was with some changes I had made in information on our AT&T account and our account had been frozen!She never stopped trying to figure out ways to correct the situation and was constantly on the phone talking to someone. This process lasted about an hour and a half, and she remained polite, Cheerful and courteous through the whole affair. She is a superstar, and you are lucky to have her!”

“Haven't had alot of trouble with any of my phones. Service is much better now than it was a few yrs ago. Every time I've gone in the store each of the employees were on the phone and still got me in and out with new phone and service honestly haven't had a bad experience yet. I mean come on, no one is perfect and u get what u pay for in life.
