“This was the first time taking my vehicle to Gateway. I could not be happier with the service and professionalism. I spoke with Rusty on the phone and gave him a quote I had gotten from the dealership. Rusty was about $600 less than the dealership. With such a huge discrepancy I asked Rusty if that price was correct. I actually told him what the dealer was going to charge. He dug in a little deeper to make sure he wasn’t missing something. This was his opportunity to say “oops, I did misquote you. It is going to be more than my original price”. Instead, Rusty said that his price was correct and if he ran into something that he didn’t expect he would NOT charge me anymore than what he originally quoted. He did the repair and didn’t charge a penny over what he said. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic these days but Rusty and Gateway are the exception. I will go back with any other auto repairs I need in the future and would encourage anyone else to use them as well. I could not be more satisfied!!!”

“The owner Scott, the front desk technician Amy, and the mechanic Rob, went above and beyond to make sure that our vehicle was taken care of and road ready. We were traveling across the country and our engine started overheating on the Interstate. We got to Milex right before they closed but they diagnosed our issue right away anyway. Amy found a part, ordered it and got it delivered on the same night. Rob and Scott both worked well past closing time to replace the part and fix our vehicle.If reviews had a sixth star option I would choose it. Can’t be grateful enough for how they treated our family and fixed our vehicle.”

“Man, this place was freaking fabulous. I bought a new 2022 Civic Sport Touring and someone rear ended me at a red light. I took it here to Burnside - Greenwood and they were absolutely wonderful. They completed the work before schedule, texted me throughout the process, and even covered up some paint chips for free. They went above and beyond and my car looks great. They calibrated all my sensors, replaced my backup camera, and completed all the work in a timely fashion. George was extremely pleasant and professional. These people know their stuff and I’d trust them to work on future repairs. Good job Burnside!”

“A thankful husband and proud father of two (hopefully 3 sooner than later ????) honest review is i loved the Atmosphere right away. I will start off by saying i usually work on our own cars i just cant at the moment due to where i live and this car has almost 400,000 miles on it ??. I spoke with a few "old timers"and this place was the spot i should try.The guy at the counter was nice and knowledgeable no complaints there. The older gentleman shook my hand after i pulled the car in the bay and seemed extremely knowledgeable about cars. All these things were great and what i needed i felt everybody knew what they were doing and liked there job to some degree. Anybody could ask my wife i usually hate taking my vechicles to places like these (jiffy lube and midas are trash corporate places).I will more than likely bring my vechicles here for the time being until i have a place to work on my stuff again myself. His honesty allowed my installation price to go down to the 200$+ range. The name brand dealership I originally called wanted to charge me 350$ per axle to install JUST my break pads not my rotors. He was even able to order my rotors the SAME day to install them!Vern has great straightforwardness and does not do any unnecessary work on a vehicle for extra cash. The only I was not to thrilled with was that they didn't clean up the glass and scraps completely from inside the car after the new windshield was on. I was suspicious so I shopped around some and came across this fine company. They quoted $1300.00 for the same service but promised to re-diagnose the issue.
