“The owner Scott, the front desk technician Amy, and the mechanic Rob, went above and beyond to make sure that our vehicle was taken care of and road ready. We were traveling across the country and our engine started overheating on the Interstate. We got to Milex right before they closed but they diagnosed our issue right away anyway. Amy found a part, ordered it and got it delivered on the same night. Rob and Scott both worked well past closing time to replace the part and fix our vehicle.If reviews had a sixth star option I would choose it. Can’t be grateful enough for how they treated our family and fixed our vehicle.”

“Man, this place was freaking fabulous. I bought a new 2022 Civic Sport Touring and someone rear ended me at a red light. I took it here to Burnside - Greenwood and they were absolutely wonderful. They completed the work before schedule, texted me throughout the process, and even covered up some paint chips for free. They went above and beyond and my car looks great. They calibrated all my sensors, replaced my backup camera, and completed all the work in a timely fashion. George was extremely pleasant and professional. “Had to replace a windshield. They did a good job replacing it in that they were done within an hour. Price was fair. The only I was not to thrilled with was that they didn't clean up the glass and scraps completely from inside the car after the new windshield was on. “I am more than pleased and thrilled with the end result with the OPTI-COAT PRO ceramic coating on my Avalon TRD. It shines to a point that one can see their image in the paint and I am pleased how much longer my black car stays clean. The coating is so smooth that I literally use my blower to blow off the dust that collects naturally. Robin was very thorough explaining the various paint protections and coatings that were available with both the pros and cons. Ceramic coatings is not inexpensive up front. However, I calculated that it pays for itself in 3.5 years. More importantly, your car will look shiny and new the entire time of ownership and resists scratches. The entire team is friendly and very well educated on the products they use. Robin also gives military veterans a discount in honor of his father who served in Viet Nam and ended his career in Desert Storm. He was a Senior Master Sergeant in the Air Force.”

“I will be coming back here for forever!!!! I had my car window break randomly today. It wouldn’t roll up. I work as a nurse and have to leave my car in a public parking lot for 12+ hours every day. I went to a Ford service center to see if they could fix it or give me any sort of quick fix and they turned me away within 5 minutes. I was willing to do anything to make it happen and they wouldn’t even converse with me about it. I went to Mike’s which is 5 min down the road and they immediately, no questions asked, offered to help me. Quoted me $300 and a fix the SAME day. I owe them so much! They’re amazing and so kind!”

This place is run by some of the nicest and most helpful people in the world.The transmission on our tow vehicle went out as we were traveling across the country in our camper.
