Today, I visited Jiffy Lube for a routine service on my truck. As always, the service was quick, efficient, and professional—exactly what I’ve come to expect as a regular customer. However, this visit stood out for an entirely different reason.
When it came time to pay, I ran into an unexpected issue with my bank. The night before, I received a fraud alert regarding my account, which I confirmed as legitimate, but my card was still locked. Unfortunately, none of my other payment options worked either. Feeling embarrassed, I explained the situation to the service technician and asked if I could quickly run to my bank to resolve the issue. Without hesitation, he agreed.
I was able to sort everything out at the bank and returned about 45 minutes later to pay for the service. What really impressed me was the level of trust the service technician extended to me. When I asked him if he ever doubted I would come back, he said he trusted me because I was a regular customer and valued the relationship, just as I’ve always trusted Jiffy Lube for excellent service.
This experience turned what could have been a stressful moment into a positive one, and it reinforced why I keep coming back. The professionalism, understanding, and trust shown by the staff were exceptional. I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube to anyone looking for not just great service for their vehicle, but also great customer service.

“I stopped by today knowing i had a slow leak in a tire. They offered to get me in but said it'd be a long wait. I declined - I had commitments - but they were amazing enough to fill the low tire and top off the other 3 since temps were cold.
no charge. i ended up doing what i needed to do then coming to noblesville Best One to repair the tire. They squeezed me in.
Best One is amazing. Tire issues are never convenient but they've pulled many an object out of my tires over the years. I'll never go anywhere else in the city for tires.”

“Service seems to have went well. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation.
There were grease prints from the fingers/hands around the car from the tire rotation/oil change.
And it wasn’t cleaned. I noticed it when I got home. You guys are normally on top of the cleanliness upon leaving. But not this time.”

“My brother referred me to this company when I needed a timing chain in my wifes Hyundai. They did a great job and I have been using them ever since and now for my Camry they are doing routine maintenance. I can always count on a job done right and at a good price.
Had a bit of a problem with recent oil change. The oil filter failed and Beck jumped into action to take care of the issue they had my car towed to their location repaired and then brought my car home. Very pleased with how they handled this rare issue. These guys are the best.
Time for another oil change and these guys come through again. Excellent work is becoming a habit. Tire rotation and balance is spot on as well.”

“WOW, WHAT AN AMAZING SHOP!
I called two shops to get a quote to replace a starter on my wifes car. Both quoted $680 before tax. Then I called Wood Auto Repair in Whiteland and was quoted $610. I made an appointment and dropped it off this morning. They called me a few hours later to confirm the starter was going bad and that it would be $587 all in. This is also one of the cleanest auto repair shops that I have been to.”
