“Needed a new set of wipers for the car, popped in and they were most helpful. Was totally shocked when I was offered help to replace them for me. Above and beyond, it’s what customer service use to be. Excellent service from these fellows! It’s a well deserved 5 star.”
“I came in confused, and in my lost mind . I had purchased either the front or the back disc brakes at another location .I digress I couldn't remember. when I got there and I came in there for the other half. You know cuz why not ?. Guy that i shared my confusion with at the front register. Opted to enlighten me. An entertainment of confusion. Thank you.. because why not.right. so we proceeded. We pulled them both front and back from the shelves in back to compare ,look at them for size. To relieve my confusion. I felt comfortable with the smaller size. I can't take a whole lot of girth. So I bought the smaller ones only to realize I had messed up it was indeed the bigger ones that I needed. Ahh At last. We have completed the transaction I had settled with the bigger ones. Thanks for patient cash register guys. Who are willing to give me the big ones. After knowing my dissatisfaction with the smaller ones. You know you don't want to use four of those pads after already having them. Good God look at the girth on these big pads. These are definitely going to make me happier when I go to put them on the front brakes oh yeah ?”

“Took a set of batteries we thought was bad they tested and said they could charge them but they wasn’t bad definitely saved us 300+ we took them home and brought them up on a charger and they worked just fine. Glad to know they won’t take advantage of you and sale you something you don’t need”

“Car broke down a block away. Walked to the store this afternoon. Not only did they offer a battery jumper device to get the car started and to return to buy a new battery, they helped us discover that the issue wasn't the battery. Each employee spoke with us. One in particular drove his personal vehicle to our car to assist us when the jump device didn't work. He personally inspected under the hood and determined it was a misfire. Battery ok. Sensors old.”

“I feel like there are a lot of businesses now that just want to suck people dry financially. But this place looked at my phone when I needed a new battery to recover pictures of my newborn, and they did not charge me at all when they found out it was not a battery issue. They were very kind and helpful, and I appreciated it so much!”
“Convenient location on the main road through Jeffersonville of 10th Street and closer to the I-65 interchange. Wish it was better lit in the parking lot and the outdoor signage because we were uncertain at first if the business was still open around 7:15 PM on a Wednesday night. Staff were friendly and the store was easy to navigate to get our item, check out, and be back on the road.”

“I used to go to AutoZone all the time for my parts until I recently realized that AutoZone doesn't have the parts for my car majority of the time and I've noticed that the price difference is definitely better at O'Reilly's. So if I don't need to end up leaving without the part I came for by going to O'Reilly's and I save a few dollars here and there seems like a no-brainer to me. Thank you O'Reilly's for always being one step ahead of the competitor.”
