“Very nice staff. A little over attentive, but i've seen worse. This last weèkend it was buy 1 get one 75% off. Thats nice until you see the cheapest pair of shorts you like is 69.99. 50% of the clearence sticker, but plan jane shirts that should have been originally $20-30 was 35-85 on clearance already! They say i saved $150.00, but i spent $147.00. 2 pairs of shorts 1 clearence top and 10 pairs of painties for $40.00. Everything fits comfortably even the panties. Just feel like prices are a bit out of control.”
“Nathaniel made mine and my boyfriends night! He was so helpful but not pushy and killed it on guessing our sizes and having fun with us. I am plus size and didn't think I would have options there (which is why we don't go in often even though my guy loves it there) I ended up finding stuff I loved which I attribute to Nathaniel being so easy to talk to. Pay him all the money, give him all the bonuses because he's genuinely happy to be there and that's not easy to find!”
“I've had excellent service everytime I've been to your store! However 2 individuals stood out during yesterday's visit! Greg a cashier was polite, curtious, helped me quickly and wrapped the oils I purchased very well. Prior to that he helped with my return and I've never had a return go through so quickly and smoothly.
The other associates name is Drew. He works in Sephora he was very helpful and knowledgeable also very polite!!!

“I’ve been to countless Zumiez stores over the years and this is by far the nicest I have seen. Everything was perfectly organized and tidy. The layout of the store was unlike any Zumiez I have seen. Good on the employees and management for keeping the store in pristine condition. They deserve praise for sure.”
“Cute clothes here, but, I just got these boots, they're on display out front right now (May 2023) and they're the SPARKLIEST cowboy boots. They're beautiful. I'm going to see Taylor Swift in a few weeks, and these are the PERFECT boots for the occasion. Had my size, no problems there, and the girl was sweet but brief about helping, which was in my opinion, very nice!”

Lisa was the manager on duty and she was so helpful and sweet. She helped me find my size and showed me other new items for us to look at. Great selection of items in all sizes, store was clean and organized.

“Oh JCPenney is high on things like high end perfume I would rather order from
Walmart and wait the 3 to 10
Days but they do have Amazing sales on things like shampoo and clothing all of the time just you have to catch them right or shop clearance if a sale is not happening, wonderful staff sometimes they are under 18 but still very knowledgeable, this is a great store for shampoo if you care what you put on your body bc the Paul Mitchell goes on sale often for cheaper then almost anywhere I have seen the biggest bottles for 20 bucks and gift sets as low as 14 dollars!”

“Sold clothes but didn't shop. Everyone working there was friendly. They were pretty quick to go through what I brought in, giving me enough time to run a few errands without having to wait around. I'd say I was paid fairly for what they took. I wish they'd give an explanation for what they send back though.”

“I am amazed how they have turned this place around. In the past it was always a dump. Clothes thrown everywhere, dirty floors. I never wanted to walk inside after my experience a year ago by the messy filth. Now it's organized and clean, super friendly sales people. Hats off to you for straightening that mess. I have told many friends to go there and I now shop there also.”

“decent selection, apparently their dressing rooms are not closed even though the signs say they are. if they are open, could you take the sign off? also it just kinda felt like the employees didn't care too much. I understand if it's difficult there, but it just didn't seem like a super great environment”
