“Wow! I was so impressed during a recent visit to South Bend (this place is only 15mins or so from Notre Dame) when I stepped into this gem of a shop. Not only do they have beautifully curated clothing and accessories for unbelievable prices but they also have home items. There didn't seem to be anywhere My suitcase wasn't big enough to take home all of the treasures I saw. The shop has a huge variety of brands and styles from Chicos and J Jill to juniors brands and everything in between. The prices were beyond fair and the women working there were really helpful. It seems like the shop gets in a LOT of new items each day because the consignment area was also really busy. Highly, highly recommend!!”

Even though the staff was being pulled every which way to handle customer needs and daily operations they were positive, upbeat, professional, and efficient.The volume of customers that were shopping during my visit exceeded the number of staff members in my opinion.It was very apparent that the team members customer service and ability to engage and provide a positive overall experience for each individual was the differentiator that could have easily went the opposite way.It was an experienced staff that likely excel in emotional intelligence that lead to a store full of customers leaving having had a positive experience and latter.”
