Nice job getting me set up with a new phone. Process was much faster and easier than I've ever had before thanks to Ian and the team.

Today I went in to add three new lines with three new phones all needing a transfer. Jared was very helpful and patient throughout the whole thing. He helped with every step, made sure we had everything we needed including cases and screen protectors (which we all know are a pain to get on!)
