I had no clue I was on an old plan with 4G instead of 5G. Brianna also stayed a little past closing to make sure everything was secure with service. Highly recommend her if you go to this location!”

“Brian is my most favorite Apple employee. Him and the crew always take great care of me. The last visit I was there for over 3 hours. I felt terrible that it was taking so long but we were able to download everything off my computer and we were able to set up the hard drive so that would be compatible for my other computers and then they successfully wiped my computer so that I could donate it. I love purchasing my products in the store as well so they always take great care of me and answer all the questions. I wish I could remember more names, but I think you would do well with anyone at the store! Thank you all!”

“I never write reviews but I have to, I was amazed on how my customer service I got from Joshua S on Grape road Mishawaka. I'm newly 18 and was looking to get a new phone. Entering the adult world I didn't know about all the things that you have to do. Joshua was super patient with me. We had wonderful conversations while we had to wait 30 mins for my old phone to transfer into my new phone. He explained things in ways I could understand it. He never got annoyed when I asked to look at multiple cases or screen protectors and he would explain how each of them are different. I felt very safe and understood working with Joshua S.
