“I love 1st Source Main Street! Dan and Amy make me feel like the 1st customer of the bank
They are always so helpful and advices me how to improve my credit which was destroyed by some tragedy in my personal life. They were told and have been so sincere and caring. The tellers are always there and offer help beyond what they have to. I am blessed with this branch, the people and feel safe with them. Dan cannot do enough for me and Amy is an angel to put up with me.”

“Teller was very eager to help me. I was concerned that $54.06 payment was not taken out of my amccount. Dud not look like it on my end. She assured me that it was withdrawn by a medical facility I had made arrangements to pay. She assured me that they balanced my account correctly. On line, though, it did not look that way. But she did help me and I appreciated that. I love 1st source, been with them since I was a teenager. I'm now 71.”

Was at a deadend with idea how to proceed until I called and was connected with Andrea. Not only did Andrea do everything she possibly could from their end, she went as far as getting on my other banks website and helped me figure out their unnecessarily complicated system. After already nearly an hour on the phone just getting funds sent from the other bank. I followed up with her again once my other bank released the funds on their end and she even went to her co-worker and ensured the funds were received and would be processed into my account the same day. I can say when living in Elkhart, IN their were many locations to choose from but in Mishawaka, IN there isn't but 1 on Main Street. We need more locations here.”

“My husband and I began banking at the Mishawaka location when we moved here in 2011. We have several accounts and at times we have needed to sit with a banker for advice and assistance. The staff at the bank is amazingly awesome. They are courteous, detailed, professionally friendly, and genuinely grateful for customers. Have there been mistakes over the years? ...Yes...mine and theirs. That's when customer service can be evaluated. When I have made mistakes, they have been exceeding gracious to help me, without embarrassment, and when they have made a mistake (very rare), they correct it, in the moment, to my favor. They are not convenient to where I live, but I do not mind the drive for the great personal service and care we receive.
