“The service there was remikable. They went above and beyond to help me. Figure out if my key fob wasn't allowing it to do a remote start. They switched out the battery, tested the fob, and gave me a suggestion check to my car battery... and it didn't stop there. Just wanted to thank the crew on duty for their service.”

“Want to give a huge shout out to the crew at this location. I was down at the medical facility across the street from them when my alternator went out and my battery died and they walked across the street to diagnose my problem. They took my battery out and put it on their charger for an hour to see if that was my problem. It was not but the charge was enough to get me back to Michigan only 20 minutes from home so my husband could help me. They DID NOT charge me for helping me or charging my battery. They made no money off of me but helped me anyways. Thank very much for helping a stranded lady get back home.”

“They didn't have the battery in stock that my niece wanted, but they did have one that worked. Still way better that they're competition; never got home to find out I have the wrong part or been given wrong information the curiously results in more expensive parts... makes you wonder if some of the other competition pays commission trip there employees, things that make you go hmmm. I will say that the store I called had the battery she wanted, went to the Lincolnway store and it was too close to closing time on a Sunday to drive to the other store. Still very happy with the service I get at O'Reilly's....keep up the good work=keep this customer for all local part purchases.”

“Last night at the end of my kid’s practice I found out my battery had died and after getting a jump in the parking lot was told I needed a new one ASAP and it more than likely wouldn’t start in the morning. I immediately drove here and arrived at 9:55, five minutes before they closed. The man behind the counter, Keith, helped me pick out a battery and installed it for me right then even though he was probably tired and ready to go home after working all day, but instead he helped me out while still being friendly and polite.
