“Last night at the end of my kid’s practice I found out my battery had died and after getting a jump in the parking lot was told I needed a new one ASAP and it more than likely wouldn’t start in the morning. I immediately drove here and arrived at 9:55, five minutes before they closed. The man behind the counter, Keith, helped me pick out a battery and installed it for me right then even though he was probably tired and ready to go home after working all day, but instead he helped me out while still being friendly and polite. They will have my business from now on and I will tell everyone about my experience and the customer service I received.”

“I went here based on reviews and was not disappointed. It's located a bit off the beaten path. Go through the normal door not the garage door if they have it open. You can't really shop here like a typical auto parts store, they will grab whatever you tell them you need from behind the counter. There are a few things you can shop for like oil and WD-40. For best service have the year, make, and model of whatever you are working on. They no longer take checks, not a problem for me but something I wanted to mention. Jeff was very helpful and if I ever need parts again I'll be sure to go here. I can't speak to their prices because I didn't shop around but my total for 2 quarts of oil, air filter, oil filter, spark plug, and battery for a lawn mower was around $100.”

“I bought a pre-owned Jeep Cherokee from Jordan and could not have been happier with my experience, which was over the internet and phone. The salesperson, Keaton Stephens, really went above and beyond to help me make sure this was the vehicle that met our needs. He not only sent me detailed photos, but did a Facetime call with me to walk around the vehicle so I could ask questions. This dealership did what they said they would do (unlike a couple of others before them during this purchase process). They made sure the Jeep was carefully detailed before delivery (incl. conditioning the leather!), helped me arrange delivery, didn't try to add on a bunch of stuff to run the price up, and were professional and pleasant the entire time. I definitely would recommend Keaton Stephens and Jordan Toyota for a pre-owned vehicle, whatever brand it is.”

I had the hood of my Toyota Highlander fly up onto my windshield while I was driving on the highway, breaking the hinges and disconnecting the hood from the body. Found Quality Auto Body on Google and decided to give it a shot. The quality of service was fantastic! Sam at the shop was super friendly and very helpful! He explained what needed to be repaired and gave me options on how I would like to proceed. The price was very reasonable and the service was fantastic. I would say it was probably my best experience with an auto body shop.
