“I had a 2000 Buick Regal gauge cluster rebuilt. It costed $90, it didn't work when I brought it in. And less then 2 hrs they called and said it was ready to be picked up. “Last night at the end of my kid’s practice I found out my battery had died and after getting a jump in the parking lot was told I needed a new one ASAP and it more than likely wouldn’t start in the morning. I immediately drove here and arrived at 9:55, five minutes before they closed. The man behind the counter, Keith, helped me pick out a battery and installed it for me right then even though he was probably tired and ready to go home after working all day, but instead he helped me out while still being friendly and polite. They will have my business from now on and I will tell everyone about my experience and the customer service I received.”

“I went here based on reviews and was not disappointed. It's located a bit off the beaten path. Go through the normal door not the garage door if they have it open. You can't really shop here like a typical auto parts store, they will grab whatever you tell them you need from behind the counter. There are a few things you can shop for like oil and WD-40. For best service have the year, make, and model of whatever you are working on. They no longer take checks, not a problem for me but something I wanted to mention. Jeff was very helpful and if I ever need parts again I'll be sure to go here. I can't speak to their prices because I didn't shop around but my total for 2 quarts of oil, air filter, oil filter, spark plug, and battery for a lawn mower was around $100.”
“I bought a pre-owned Jeep Cherokee from Jordan and could not have been happier with my experience, which was over the internet and phone. The salesperson, Keaton Stephens, really went above and beyond to help me make sure this was the vehicle that met our needs. He not only sent me detailed photos, but did a Facetime call with me to walk around the vehicle so I could ask questions. This dealership did what they said they would do (unlike a couple of others before them during this purchase process). They made sure the Jeep was carefully detailed before delivery (incl. conditioning the leather!), helped me arrange delivery, didn't try to add on a bunch of stuff to run the price up, and were professional and pleasant the entire time. I definitely would recommend Keaton Stephens and Jordan Toyota for a pre-owned vehicle, whatever brand it is.”

“I highly recommend!! I had a large dent in my van door repaired at Buwa's and the service was great. Rick and his staff were very friendly and gave me a good estimate. The repairs were completed on time and my van door looks as good as new. Rick even took care of a couple dings on the rear tailgate and didn't charge me.”
“I had an interesting experience here yesterday. My check engine light came on so I wanted to have my car plugged into the computer to see if there were any sensors gone bad or if I was just having a misfire.
Whoever the woman was who was working was extremely snotty with me when I asked if someone could come outside and check the code. Her reply was they don’t do that when it’s dark and basically thrust the code machine into my hands and told me to do it myself. First of all, it wasn’t dark yet outside. Second of all, maybe learn some people skills?
So out I went and figured out how to do the read myself. Came back in and the guy working was actually really helpful then and helped me get what I needed, apparently I had purchased some bad gasoline before hopping on the toll road.”
“James and Dale were fantastic, I was provided excellent customer service. They were understanding of my situation, and made sure I had everything I asked for. When I had to come back, because car repair is never what it starts out as, they made sure I had the rest of the parts to finish the job. They also were thorough in making sure that I had the required tools, and overall provided one of the best experiences I've had in a car shop in many years.
I highly recommend this location, they treat you right, and they don't judge you at all if you're unsure what you need.”
