“I wanted some pizza from my local casey’s. walked about a mile in the cold for this pizza. told the man behind the counter to make it with love, he side eyed me. can you believe that? i waited only about 10 minutes, he shoved the pizza in my hand and said have a good day, but it wasn’t a good day after i left casey. i came home to eat this so called delicious pizza, only to find out my cheese grew legs and keeps running off my pizza. i had to pick it up off the floor and slap it back on this so called pizza. (i ate all of it)”

Most of the customers will say that Circle k makes them feel like a key player in the Circle k family. The employees work hard to get you in and out and on with your day with all you convenient store needs.So in short... GREAT JOB, but hire more.”

“The people are very nice here and it is very popular with folks. I had to subtract a star because almost every time I go in, I see cashiers working stuff on the floor even though there's a huge line. Cashiers have even walked away from a customer who was approaching the register. They don't seem to be doing it consciously but as a customer it'd be nice to be the highest priority.”
“Very great place to travel too. Very clean. Near major shopping areas. Lovely environment and they treat everyone with love and care. This loves does need to update their soda machine but hey this is a nice little stop. They have a Chester's chicken and McDonald's which is nice. I love the Buffalo chicken tornados. Definitely a great spot to pick up my husband as his semi truck for his resets. Down the street in case you want to get a little exercise there is a nice little restaurant/bar with great chili and strong margaritas.This loves have great sodas, food options, and they have a little area for us to walk our dog as she travels the road with my husband. They are oddly next to an old cemetery but this location has this old town charm to it.”

They are about as close to the old McDonald's apple pies from many years ago. Very tasty! Get those back in the morning, I'll happily bump y'all up to 5 Stars!”

“Busy at commuter mornings and nights, but relatively empty the rest of the time. A small but pretty well stocked store, but as most Speedway’s in the area, they don’t carry Monster, but they do have other brands of energy drinks.Had some stock issues in the past (area wide issue) but they seem to have recovered.Just be careful going in and out - they don’t own all the lot, so the potholes aren’t actually Speedway’s.”

The outstanding customer service I received today as well and watching the same wonderful interaction with the lady in front of me prompted me to do this. I asked her name and she said Melissa. I then asked if she was the only Melissa, she smiled and said no.I told her I just wanted to make sure she received recognition for her exceptional work ethic. I was having photo issues as well as the person in front of me. I feel like she took the time to resolve both our issues, and made us both happy. It was busy and she multitasked between register and photo, all with a great attitude! Thank you, Melissa Hoffman for going above and beyond. I hope Walgreens appreciates what a gem you are!!”

“CVS NEW PALESTINE HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They are a busy little home town facility with a need for some upgrades to better accommodate their guest and do their jobs better, but they make do with what they have. They are caring, kind, and do the best they can with what they have. You are greeted with a smile never left hanging, if they don't have the answer they find it, or at least go out of their way to try. I have been a customer along with my children and family for almost 25 years at this facility and have never had a bad expierence that I ever remember. They make everyone feel special when they walk in the door and even when they are short staffed they do the best to accommodate with the little space they have, it is the best little kept secret in New Palestine , our little hole in the wall pharmacy. I know of several CVS store around here big stores all fancy and they don't have what mine has!! I am going to share it with the world, the secret???? AWESOME EMPLOYEES WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPIERENCE!!!! PROUD OF MY LITTLE HOLE IN THE WALL HOMETOWN PHARMACY AND PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT ME!!!° Rather have my pharmacy than a fancy upgraded store with bad customer service any day of the week!!”
