“I don’t usually write a lot of recommendations but these guys and ladies are top notch , VERY friendly and they get the job done and go above and beyond for their customers, Veterans… this is an all American company who love their Veterans as it reads on their front door, only having 1 vehicle I had to leave my truck there for repairs because of the length of repair and or waiting on parts so called for a taxi to get a rent a car on one occasion and a taxi on another due to them being short handed on mechanics and the Owner himself insisted on on taking me and picking me up from the rent a car and to and from home. That is the level of care they have for their customer, from the lady behind the desk who really knows her stuff to the owner himself and everyone in between what a great place to get the best care for all your vehicles hands down. I would give this place a higher than 5 star if it gave the option, THANK YOU to Big O Tires and I will definitely be a lifelong customer. Solid repairs, top flight customer service and awsome quality.”
