I was just hanging out with them havin' a chat in their garage while Eric jacked up my car and he found the issue in just a few minutes. Dusty and Eric are lovely folks. They are providing me an investment opportunity, not highway robbery.I say investment because this truck hauls at max load for nearly 25,000 miles per year. There is no backup truck. Very hard to find a rental or other capable vehicles. I especially enjoy working with Andrew. Nobody knows this truck more than he does. He understands that I have zero tolerance for failure due to a preventable problem, that only a thorough inspection would find.In order to prevent a problem from a thorough inspection, you need a subject matter expert with unmatched attention to detail, that can repair those issues perfectly by the book. someone who loves their trade. Even trust to work on the aircraft you’re a passenger on.That’s why he’s the only engineer I trust to work on the truck. Because the only other people I know that are as qualified in their trade as him; are aircraft technician’s. “I've been taking my 2003 chevy 1500 silverado hd. (It being a" 1500 hd " makes it hard to work on and find parts) to McMillion automotive llc.. for 5 years now. I drop my truck off when I make it to town and it's always ready by the time I get off work. I always drop it off with them knowing as much as I know , what's wrong with my truck. WIth that not being more then I think this is wrong or this is making a sound that's not normal and they get it figured out then fixed . I've seen everything from a simple oil change to a whole engine replaced at this shop . I definitely would recommend this shop 100%”

Even took me to the McDonald's so that I would be left at better place till my car was take care of! I've never had a great experience like this one! “I don’t usually write a lot of recommendations but these guys and ladies are top notch , VERY friendly and they get the job done and go above and beyond for their customers, Veterans… this is an all American company who love their Veterans as it reads on their front door, only having 1 vehicle I had to leave my truck there for repairs because of the length of repair and or waiting on parts so called for a taxi to get a rent a car on one occasion and a taxi on another due to them being short handed on mechanics and the Owner himself insisted on on taking me and picking me up from the rent a car and to and from home. That is the level of care they have for their customer, from the lady behind the desk who really knows her stuff to the owner himself and everyone in between what a great place to get the best care for all your vehicles hands down. I would give this place a higher than 5 star if it gave the option, THANK YOU to Big O Tires and I will definitely be a lifelong customer. “Picked up a nail out on the highway on our way to Nashville, losing pressure - sidewall nail so couldn’t be fixed. No spare on this car (like many cars now - just a pump)! Called Walmart, they had the right size tire in stock, got us in right away, had us back on the road in under an hour.(Only problem was they put the balancing weight where the trim ring goes, which they offered to fix on the spot, but we needed to get back on the road … will get that fixed later, no big deal).”
